Horrible service. Fraudulent business. I bought what was supposed to be a high end pack of hair and ended up with a coarse, low quality pack instead. They obviously bought from a knock off vendor or switched the hair in the pack. Don't waste your money

This was my first and will be my last time going to this store. I have never written a review before but felt the need to warn others about this store. The customer service is really bad. Was given a dirty pack of hair with debris and sticky mess all over it. For the money being spent you would think that their products would be kept in better condition.
